Model home & long-term staging in Eastern Idaho.
Help buyers — or tenants — feel a finished home the second they walk in the door. For builders, developers, and property managers.

What model-home staging includes

Why builders and property managers stage with us.
Models close phases. Flagship rentals attract better tenants. A staged home does both — faster, at better margins, with happier buyers and renters.
- Faster phase sell-out. Buyers in a finished, furnished model buy faster than buyers staring at drywall and bare floors.
- Higher-perceived value. Furnishings signal quality. Your finish package looks worth more when it's framed by professional design.
- A real marketing asset. Photos of the staged home fuel your website, social, and ad campaigns for the life of the development — or the lifetime of the rental unit.
- Flagship rental units. Property managers furnish a top-tier unit through us to attract higher-quality, longer-term tenants — earning better rent, lower vacancy, and stronger lease terms.
- No internal lift. We handle design, sourcing, install, extensions, and pickup. Your team stays focused on building or operating.
For homebuilders, developers, and property managers across Eastern Idaho.
A model home isn't just a house — it's the sales tool that closes the rest of the development. When buyers can stand in a finished kitchen, sit on a real couch, picture their family in the loft, they buy faster and at higher confidence. That's what well-staged models do.
Style House works with builders across Eastern Idaho to furnish and style model and spec homes that move floor plans. We curate every piece to match the home's architecture and the buyer profile you're courting — luxury organic modern as a default, customized to your community's identity.
The same staging structure works for long-term engagements: model homes that stay open through a multi-phase launch, flagship rental units that show furnished to attract higher-quality tenants, high-end listings that need to keep showing well past the typical 60-day window. Initial staging fee covers the first 60 days; extensions roll month-to-month at our discounted long-term rate.
Questions, answered.
Same initial staging fee as a standard vacant stage — covers the first 60 days. After that, 30-day extensions are billed at our discounted long-term rate of $600 each (vs. our standard $725 for listings) for as long as the model stays open. We go in knowing extensions are part of the plan, rather than waiting to see if the home sells inside the first 60 days.
