Consultation
Our consultations involve a thorough walk-through of the home, where we take “before” photos to help us pull inventory from our warehouse that maximizes the home’s value. If needed, we measure rooms to ensure the perfect fit of our furniture. We are perfectly honest about what we need to do to showcase the home’s potential for a quick sale. Realtors and homeowners do not need to be present during this process.

Pulling Inventory
Once we’ve toured the home, we return to the warehouse and begin pulling from our inventory. Each home is uniquely curated, so no two homes are staged exactly the same. We don’t pull from “preset” staging kits — every piece is chosen specifically with your home in mind, allowing us to be extremely detailed in our styling so everything matches perfectly.

Installation
On installation day, our movers and stylists arrive with all the furnishings and decor pulled for your home and install everything as planned, making any last-minute adjustments needed. The full installation takes about two hours from start to finish. A complete team working start to finish — rather than staging over several days — sets us apart, so you can list (or update your listing) as quickly as possible.

Pick Up
Once the home has a closing date, or is taken off the market, our team schedules a day to pick up all inventory. Our stylists pack every furnishing and piece of decor, and our movers return everything to the warehouse — leaving your home clean and ready for its new owners.
