Our Process

Our consultations involve a thorough walk-through of the home, where we will take “before” photos to help us pull inventory at our warehouse that maximizes the home’s value. If needed, we will measure rooms to ensure the perfect fit of our furniture.

We are perfectly honest about what we need to do to showcase the home’s potential for a quick sale. Realtors and homeowners do not need to be present during this process.

Consultation

Pulling Inventory

Once we’ve toured the home, we return to the warehouse and begin pulling from our inventory. Each home is uniquely curated, so no two homes are staged exactly the same. We don’t pull from “preset” staging kits, allowing us to be extremely detailed in our styling. Each piece is pulled specifically with the home in mind to ensure everything matches the home perfectly.

Installation

On the day of installation, our movers and stylists arrive to the home with all furnishings and decor that was pulled from our inventory. We install everything as planned, making any necessary last minute changes if needed. Our installation process takes about 2 hours from start to finish. This sets us apart from most staging companies, as we have a team of people working from start to finish, so rather than staging over several days, it only takes a couple hours. This ensures you can put your home on the market (or update your current listing) as quickly as possible.

Pick Up

Once the home is under contract, or your contract has expired, our team will schedule a day to pick up all inventory. During our pick up day, the stylists will pack all furnishings and decor, and our movers will take our items back to our warehouse, leaving your home clean and ready for new owners.
