- A furnished model home sets the tone for an entire development
- Month-to-month staging keeps the space furnished for as long as you need it
- You pay for the time the furniture is in the home instead of buying it outright
- Empty new construction is exactly the kind of space we stage every day
A model home does a job no brochure can. It is the one place a buyer can walk through, picture their own life, and decide they want to live in your community. For a builder or property manager, that makes the model much more than a decorated house. It is a sales tool, and the way it is furnished has a direct effect on how quickly the rest of your homes move.
Style House works with builders and property managers across Eastern Idaho to furnish model homes and spec properties. Because we stage vacant homes every day, an empty new build is exactly the kind of space we work in.
Your Model Home Is the Sales Floor
Buyers form an impression of a whole development from the model. If the space feels flat or unfinished, that feeling carries over to every other home you are trying to sell. A well-furnished model does the opposite. It shows off the floor plan, gives each room a clear purpose, and helps people imagine living there instead of just walking through square footage.
We pull each model from our warehouse of more than 10,000 pieces, chosen to fit the home's layout and the buyer you are trying to reach. We don't work from preset kits, so a model in a starter community and one in a luxury development never look like the same template.
Staging That Works on Your Timeline
A model home or a slow-moving spec property is a different situation than a typical listing. You may need the furnishings in place for months while the community sells out, not the few weeks a normal sale takes. We handle that with month-to-month staging, so the space stays looking its best for as long as you need it.
When the model is ready to come down, or a spec home finally closes, we schedule a pickup and take everything back. You are never left with furniture you have to store or resell.
Furnish Without the Capital
Buying furniture for a model ties up money and leaves you responsible for moving it, storing it, and eventually selling it off. With staging, the furniture is ours. We own it, store it, and keep it in good condition, and you pay only for the time it spends in your home. For property managers furnishing units over the long term, that turns a large up-front purchase into a predictable monthly cost.
Built for Empty New Construction
New construction comes with its own challenges. Rooms are hard and echoey, windows are large, and clean modern finishes can read as cold without the right furniture to warm them up. Staging brings in the texture, scale, and color that make a home feel inviting the moment someone steps inside.
Every project also includes professional photography through our sister company, Roisum Residential Photography, so your model and spec listings go online looking their best. And since our team installs in a single morning, usually about two hours, you are ready to show almost right away.
